(The Rosen Centre Hotel has an agreement with the Orange County Convention Center to pay one percent of the room rates as a fee. This fee may be used to facilities and services as approved by the Orange County Board of Commissions).

The cut-off date for the guaranteed rate at this hotel is Thursday, February 5th, 2009

Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation or changes only allowed before cut off date, any changes after cut-off must be done by calling the hotel directly.

There is a 5-Day Cancellation Policy. In order to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax to the credit card, cancellation must be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date by calling the hotel directly. Special request including king beds, connecting rooms, etc. are not guaranteed and will be granted based on availability on the day of arrival (there is a section for comments in step 2 to add any special requests).
